基于双重声誉的药店过期药品回收动态激励机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 对于药店而言,参与过期药品回收可以显著提高药店声誉,促使药店提高努力水平。故文章将声誉机制考虑到过期药品回收激励模型中,构建一个显性激励与双重声誉激励结合下的两阶段的动态激励模型,并分析了显性声誉修正系数、隐性声誉系数和第1、2阶段药店入选概率对于激励机制的影响。研究结论表明,引入双重声誉激励后,显性声誉修正系数增加会降低药店第1阶段的努力水平;隐形声誉激励强度处在较高水平时,增大隐性声誉激励强度有助于提高药店的努力水平;适当降低第2阶段药店的入选概率可以弱化第1阶段药店产生的棘轮效应。 For pharmacies,participating in the recovery of expired drugs can significantly improve the reputation of pharmacies and improve their efforts.Therefore,this paper takes the reputation mechanism into account in the incentive model of overdue drug recycling,constructs a two-stage dynamic incentive model under the combination of explicit incentive and dual reputation incentive,and analyzes the influence of explicit reputation correction coefficient,implicit reputation coefficient,the first and second stage pharmacy selection probability on the incentive mechanism.The results show that after introducing dual reputation incentive,the increase of explicit reputation correction coefficient will reduce the effort level of pharmacies in the first stage;when the incentive intensity of hidden reputation is at a high level,increasing the incentive intensity of hidden reputation will help to improve the effort level of pharmacies;the ratchet effect in the first stage can be weakened by appropriately reducing the selection probability in the second stage.
