借鉴澳大利亚培训包制度高职港口物流专业群“1+X”课程体系研究

摘要 “1+X”证书制度试点工作正在全国范围稳步推进,目前是一专业一证书的情况。为避免重蹈之前为了“双证”而双证的覆辙,实现“1+X”证书制度设置的目的,文章在分析澳大利亚职业教育与培训体系中培训包制度的基础上,借鉴其优点,提出应打破目前“三段式”课程体系结构,突破学科式课程思维,以职业能力培养为根本,以专业群为基础,构建多证书模块化课证融合的“1+X”课程体系。并以高职港口物流专业群为对象,尝试构建该类课程体系。 The experimental work of“1+X”certificate system is steadily advancing across the country.In order to avoid repeating the mistake before,and achieve the goal of“1+X”certificate system,this paper analyzes the training package in Australian vocational education and training system,and uses its advantages and proposes for reference.We should break the current“three-stage”curriculum system structure,break through the discipline based curriculum thinking,take the vocational ability training as the fundamental,and take specialty group as the basis,the“1+X”curriculum system of multi-certificate mode course certificate integration is constructed.Taking the port logistics specialty group of higher vocational colleges as the object,this paper attempts to construct this kind of curriculum system.
