云南某污水处理厂提标改造工艺路线选择及实施效果

摘要 云南某污水处理厂日处理规模达6万方,建设工期分为两期,主体工艺采用循环式活性污泥法,现状出水标准一级B不能满足新的排放要求,亟需提升排放标准,按照一级A进行改造。本文通过分析污水厂现状进出水水质情况,识别提标关键因素,在不新征用地的情况下,提出新增一组AAO生化池、末端增加高效沉淀池的工艺路线,通过试运行数据结果分析,结果表明:该工艺实施后,污水处理运行更加稳定,出水水质达到设计标准。 The daily treatment scale of A sewage treatment plant in Yunnan reaches 60,000 m3,and the construction period is divided into two phases.The main process adopts the circulating activated sludge method,and the effluent water quality standard is Grade B,which cannot meet the new water quality discharge standard.It is urgent to improve the discharge standard and carry out renovation according to Grade A.This paper analyzes the current situation of water quality in and out of the sewage plant,identifies the key factors of raising the standard,and puts forward the process route of adding a group of AAO biochemical tank and adding efficient sedimentation tank at the end without requisition of new land.Through the analysis of test operation data,the results show that the sewage treatment operation is more stable after the implementation of the process,and the effluent quality reaches the design standard.
