摘要
SiCp/Al复合材料精密加工技术作为机械加工行业的重要研究内容。经过系统性分析相关代表性研究文献,研究SiCpAl金属基复合材料切削加工时刀具磨损、工件质量等内容,并在以上研究基础上进行该领域生产加工归纳总结,为SiCp/Al金属基复合材料加工提供研究参考,以提高金属基复合材料机械加工效率和生产质量,降低生产成本。
SiCp/Al composite precision machining technology is an important research content in machining industry.After a systematic analysis of the relevant representative research literature,This paper studies the cutting tool wear and workpiece quality during the machining of sicpal metal matrix composites,and summarizes the production and processing in this field on the basis of relevant research,so as to provide research reference for the machining of SiCp/Al metal matrix composites,so as to improve the machining efficiency and production quality of metal matrix composites.Reduce production costs.
