LaPO_(4)@Al_(2)O_(3f)/Al_(2)O_(3)复合材料的损伤演化有限元仿真

摘要 LaPO_(4)界面作为在Al_(2)O_(3f)/Al_(2)O_(3)复合材料体系中应用最为广泛的弱界面收到了广泛研究,制备了LaPO_(4)@Al_(2)O_(3f)/Al_(2)O_(3)复合材料和Al_(2)O_(3f)/Al_(2)O_(3)复合材料,根据现实尺寸,在有限元软件ABAQUS中进行建模,编写了以三维Hashin准则作为失效准则的渐进损伤模型和连续损伤模型,研究LaPO_(4)界面的加入对Al_(2)O_(3f)/Al_(2)O_(3)复合材料损伤演化的影响。 LaPO_(4) interface,as the most widely used weak interface in Al_(2)O_(3f)/Al_(2)O_(3) composite system,has been widely studied.LaPO_(4)@Al_(2)O_(3f)/Al_(2)O_(3) composite and Al_(2)O_(3f)/Al_(2)O_(3) composite were prepared.According to the actual size,modeling was conducted in the finite element software ABAQUS.The progressive damage model and the continuous damage model with 3d Hashin criterion as failure criterion were prepared to study the influence of LaPO_(4) interface on the damage evolution of Al_(2)O_(3f)/Al_(2)O_(3) composites.
