摘要
软基处理过程中,水泥搅拌桩是一种高效快捷的施工工艺。影响水泥搅拌桩施工质量的因素主要为浆液配合比与成桩工艺。通过调配三种配比的水泥浆,以不同配比、不同施工参数为变化值,按照水泥搅拌桩施工工艺进行试桩施工检验,通过成桩试验数据为支撑依据,探索最优施工数据,引导案例项目正式施工。同时完善水泥搅拌桩的施工工艺,提供技术施工指南,指导类似工程施工。
In the process of soft foundation treatment,cement mixing pile is an efficient and fast construction process.The factors affecting the construction quality of cement mixing piles are mainly the slurry mix ratio and the pile forming process.Through the deployment of three kinds of cement slurry,with different proportions and different construction parameters as the variation values,the test pile construction inspection is carried out according to the cement mixing pile construction process,and the optimal construction data is explored through the pile test data as the support,and the case project is guided to be formally constructed.At the same time,the construction process of cement mixing piles is improved,and technical construction guidelines are provided to guide the construction of similar projects.
