摘要
为降低材料成本,防治煤炭自燃,本文以污泥、聚丙烯酰胺、水玻璃、碳酸氢钠为主要原料制备了污泥基煤矿防灭火复合凝胶。首先测试复合凝胶的成胶时间和保水性,分析各组分效用与凝胶特性:扫描电镜表明,复合凝胶的微观结构致密且孔洞均匀;阻化实验表明,复合凝胶具有最佳的煤自燃抑制特性;最后,阐明了复合凝胶的有机-无机复杂网络结构的形成机理。
In order to reduce material cost and prevent spontaneous combustion of coal,sludge-based coal mine fire-extinguishing composite gel was prepared using sludge,polyacrylamide,water glass and sodium bicarbonate as the main raw materials.Firstly,the gel formation time and water retention of the composite gel were tested,and the utility and gel properties of each component were analyzed:SEM showed that the microstructure of the composite gel was dense and the pores were uniform;the resistance experiment showed that the composite gel had the best performance.coal spontaneous combustion inhibition rate;finally,the formation mechanism of the organic-inorganic complex network structure of the composite gel was elucidated.
