摘要
家用呼吸机可以让患有呼吸疾病的患者足不出户即可接受机械通气治疗,不仅减少了家庭支出,而且缓解了医院压力。传统的家用呼吸机只能提供基本的辅助呼吸功能,已经无法满足患者日益多样化的需求。基于远程数字传输技术的智能家用呼吸机,除了全程监护患者的治疗过程外,还能通过信息共享让主治医师及时掌握患者的治疗情况,实现远程跟踪式医疗服务,对进一步提高治疗效果有积极帮助。本文首先介绍了智能家用呼吸机的硬件组成和软件设计,随后进行了潮气量控制测试和以太网通信功能测试,结果表明潮气量测量精度符合国标要求,以太网通信情况良好,可以满足病人日常使用需求。
Home ventilator allows patients with respiratory diseases to receive mechanical ventilation without leaving home,which not only reduces household expenditures,but also relieves hospital pressure.Traditional home ventilators can only provide basic assisted breathing functions,and have been unable to meet the increasingly diverse needs of patients.The intelligent home ventilator based on remote digital transmission technology,in addition to monitoring the patient's treatment process,can also allow the attending physician to grasp the patient's treatment situation in a timely manner through information sharing,and realize remote tracking medical services,which is of great help to further improve the treatment effect..This paper first introduces the hardware composition and software design of the smart home ventilator,and then conducts the tidal volume control test and the Ethernet communication function test.The results show that the tidal volume measurement accuracy meets the requirements of the national standard,and the Ethernet communication is in good condition,which can meet the daily use of patients.need.
