摘要
二环己基-(4-二甲基氨基苯基)膦作为一种应用广泛的有机膦配体,探索其高效合成具有重要的研究意义。选择亚膦酸二乙酯和氯代环己烷为起始原料,首先制备二环己基氧化膦,再利用四氢铝锂作为还原剂,还原得到二环己基基膦氢,经与N,N-二甲基对溴苯胺偶联,最终得到目标产物二环己基-(4-二甲基氨基苯基)膦,其结构经^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR,^(31)P NMR表征确定。
Dicyclohexyl-(4-dimethylaminophenyl)phosphine is a widely used organophosphine ligand,and it is of great research significance to explore its efficient synthesis.Dicyclohexyl phosphine oxide is synthesized from chlorocyclohexane and diethyl phosphonite as raw materials,and dicyclohexyl phosphine hydrogen is obtained by reduction of lithium tetrahydrogen aluminum,which is then coupled with N,N-dimethyl-p-bromoaniline to obtain dicyclohexyl-(4-dimethylaminophenyl)phosphine.The structures were characterized by ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR,^(31)P NMR analysis.
