摘要
采用异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(辽宁奥克OXHP-703)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸-2-羟乙基酯(HEA)为主要原料,使用本体聚合法在熔融状态下合成保坍型聚羧酸减水剂,考察不同酸醚比、酯醚比、链转移剂使用量、引发剂使用量、合成反应温度等条件对保坍型聚羧酸减水剂的影响,经过净浆流动度及混凝土评价测试,探索到一种固体保坍型聚羧酸减水剂最适宜的合成工艺。
Using isoamylenol polyoxyethylene ether(Liaoning oake oxhp-703),acrylic acid(AA)and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA)as the main raw materials,slump retaining polycarboxylic acid water reducer was synthesized by bulk polymerization in molten state.The different acid ether ratio,ester ether ratio,the amount of chain transfer agent,the amount of initiator,effect of synthesis reaction temperature and other conditions on slump-preserving polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer were investigated.After were investigated slurry fluidity and concrete evaluation test,the optimum synthesis process of a solid slump retaining polycarboxylic acid water reducer was explored.
