摘要
水力压裂是油气藏开发中确保老井稳产、促进新井增产的重要技术手段。支撑剂是水力压裂过程中用来支撑已开裂人工裂缝的一种重要材料,其性能直接影响着压裂增产效果。为油田现场能够科学优选出适用于不同储层条件的支撑剂,从而更加有效地进行储层改造,有必要加深对现有支撑剂的了解。本文简要归纳了三种传统支撑剂以及低密度支撑剂、表面改性支撑剂、多功能支撑剂三种新型支撑剂的研究进展。结合我国储层开发特点,提出了支撑剂未来发展的技术难题和方向,对支撑剂研究及油气田增产具有一定指导意义。
Hydraulic fracturing is an important technical means to ensure the stable production of old wells and promote the increase of new wells in the development of oil and gas reservoirs.The proppant is an important material used to support cracked artificial fractures in the process of hydraulic fracturing,and its performance directly affects the fracturing stimulation effect.It is necessary to deepen the understanding of the existing proppants in order to scientifically select the proppants suitable for different reservoir conditions in the oilfield site,so as to more effectively carry out reservoir transformation.This paper briefly summarizes the research progress of three traditional proppants and three new types of proppants,including low density proppant,surface modified proppant and multifunctional proppant.Combined with the characteristics of reservoir development in China,put forward the technical problems and directions of proppant development in the future,which has certain guiding significance for proppant research and oil and gas field production.
