纯露中甲醇经口经皮吸入路径下含量合理阈值

摘要 污染物影响人体健康的途径主要有经口、经皮、吸入三种。在很多产品中存在非故意引入的污染物,如何确定此类污染物的合理阈值是值得探讨的方向,本文以纯露中甲醇非故意引入的情形为例,通过无影响剂量以及经口经皮吸入推导产品中污染物的合理阈值,并与现有标准比较,评判方法的合理性。不考虑本底值,简化单一源的孤立考量,最终的合理阈值应该是多种数据的交叉比对研究。 Ingestion/dermal/inhalation are three common pathway through which chemicals in our environment enter human body.The contaminant that unintentional introduction was common in the production process,the reasonable threshold should be affirm to make sure the safety of products.To aid with risk management of environmental chemicals,utilizes risk assessment mathematical models to estimate Acute/chronic acute toxicity threshold,and compare with the threshold in standards of products by far.Here,without considering the benchmark dose.The experimental community must conduct further research into how to best predict oral exposure by especially focusing on factors that correlate with in read-across data,to promote human health and well being.
