摘要
为解决煤制油化工板块生产实时数据中断、误差、更新延迟的问题,提高企业信息化基础数据可靠性,文章针对生产实时数据的采集、传输、存储进行了优化改进实验,对生产实时数据库系统采集端进行了数据分流,建立了数据采集层时钟同步系统,设计制定了个性化数据采集存储机制,建立了超大容量的虚拟存储空间,从整体上提升了系统性能。实验结果表明了研究方法的有效性,数据采集异常中断情况消失,数据异常更新延时消失,数据统计误差由37.73%降低到了7%。
In order to solve collection interruption,data statistical error,data update delay of production real-time data in coal-to-oil chemical industry,improve the reliability of the enterprise informatization basic data,in this paper,optimization and improvement experiments are carried out for the acquisition,transmission and storage of production real-time data,the data shunt is carried out on the acquisition terminal of the production real-time database system,the clock synchronization system of data acquisition layer is established,personalized data collection and storage mechanism is designed and formulated,the virtual storage space of superlarge capacity is established,overall improved system performance.Experimental results show the effectiveness of the research method,abnormal interruption of data collection disappears,data abnormal update delay disappeared,data statistical error was reduced from 37.73 to 7%.
