LOPA-MATLAB分析法在油罐区安全评价中的应用研究

摘要 大型原油储罐在我国已经发展了十几年的时间,但有些储罐还未被检修,油罐区的风险防控措施不够完善,发生泄漏导致火灾、爆炸的风险性仍然很高。本文从降低事故风险和做好事故应急救援两个角度出发,分别应用LOPA分析法和MATLAB软件对油罐区进行安全评价,为全面落实油罐区风险防控措施提供依据。 Large crude oil storage tanks have been developed in China for more than ten years,but some tanks have not been overhauled,the risk prevention and control measures in the oil tank farm are not perfect,so the risk of fire and explosion caused by oil spill is still very high.This paper starts from two aspects:reducing accident risk and doing well in accident emergency rescue,using LOPA analysis method and MATLAB software to evaluate the safety of oil tank farm,which provides a basis for the full implementation of risk prevention and control measures in the oil tank farm.
