挖金湾矿8103运输巷深浅孔注浆加固技术实践

摘要 为实现挖金湾矿4号煤工作面的安全回采,在8103运输巷进行了深浅孔注浆技术的现场实践。根据力学测试结果,4号煤普氏系数为0.37,为松软煤层。在掘进和回采期间的支承压力影响下,巷道鼓帮严重,提出了深浅注浆加固技术。在分析加固机理的基础上,确定了注浆的主要参数。现场应用表明,注浆后两帮移近量为237 mm,顶板下沉量为72 mm,巷道无需维修,保证了工作面的正常生产。 In order to realize the safe mining of the No.4 coal face in Wajinwan Coal Mine,the field practice of deep and shallow hole grouting technology was carried out in the 8103 transport roadway.According to the mechanical test results,the Proctor coefficient of No.4 coal is 0.37,which is a soft coal seam.Under the influence of abutment pressure during tunneling and mining,the roadway bulge is serious,and the deep and shallow grouting reinforcement technology is put forward.Based on the analysis of the reinforcement mechanism,the main parameters of grouting are determined.The field application shows that the approaching amount of the two sides after grouting is 237 mm,the roof subsidence is 72 mm,and the roadway does not need maintenance,which ensures the normal production of the working face.
