摘要
为解决综采工作面末采期间回收支架三角区顶板管理的难题,改变常规打设单体柱支护的方式,对S1206工作面末采段巷道采取加密钢丝绳配合锚网索,并辅助以增加掩护架来控制抽架后三角区的顶板。通过实践证明:该顶板控制技术取消了支、回单体柱工序,每架支架节约材料费约1090元,且加快回收进度及提高作业安全系数。
In order to solve the problem of roof management in the triangle area of recovery support during the final mining period of fully mechanized mining face,and to change the conventional way of setting up single column support,the roadway in the last mining section of the S1206 working face is supported by dense steel wire rope and anchor mesh cable,and the cover frame is added to control the roof of the triangle area after the extraction.It is proved by practice that the roof control technology cancels the working procedure of supporting and returning single column,saves about 1090 yuan in material cost per support,speeds up the recovery progress and improves the operation safety factor.
