复杂条件下大采高一次采全高综采工艺的实践

摘要 为了解决阜生煤业1101工作面区域煤层底板起伏大、倾角变化大,在回采过程中经常回采效率低、设备下滑事故多等不足,针对性地提出了安全回采控制方案,制定了不同地形条件下的控制措施。实际应用表明,新的回采方案能够将回采效率提升25%,将出现大溜、支架下滑、采煤机行走部齿轨轮损坏等故障率降低87.5%。 In order to solve the shortcomings of large fluctuation of coal seam floor,great change of inclination angle,low mining efficiency and many equipment sliding accidents in the area of the 1101 working face in Fusheng Coal Mine,the safety mining control scheme is put forward.The control measures under different topographic conditions are worked out.The practical application shows that the new mining scheme can increase the mining efficiency by 25%,and reduce the failure rate by 87.5%,such as large slip,sliding support,damage of gear rail wheel in the walking part of shearer and so on.
