摘要
一采区运输巷为采空区下掘进巷道,原有锚杆+金属网支护不足够保证顶板稳定,需采用单体液压支柱+工字钢进行补强支护,采用FLAC^(3D)模拟补强支护棚间距1 m、2 m、3 m时巷道应力分布和围岩变形情况,当棚间距2 m时支护效果和经济效益最优。采用顶底板动态仪监测补强支护后围岩变形量可知,补强支护后顶板稳定性明显提高。
The transport roadway in the first mining area is driven under the goaf,and the original bolt + metal mesh support is not enough to ensure the stability of the roof,so it is necessary to use single hydraulic prop + I-steel for reinforcement support.FLAC^(3D) is used to simulate the roadway stress distribution and surrounding rock deformation when the shed spacing is 1 m,2 m and 3 m,and the supporting effect and economic benefit are the best when the shed spacing is 2 m.Using the roof and floor dynamic instrument to monitor the surrounding rock deformation after reinforcement support shows that the roof stability is obviously improved after reinforcement support.
