摘要
以新景矿8128综采面进风巷生产地质条件为工程背景,采用数值模拟、现场试验的方法,建立了锚杆预应力数值计算模型,分析支护参数对锚杆预应力分布影响规律。基于此,开发新景矿8128综采面进风巷预应力锚杆支护技术与参数,并进行工业性试验。巷道掘进稳定后,其围岩变形量均可控,证明了预应力锚杆支护技术及参数的合理性。
Taking the production geological conditions of air entry roadway in the 8128 fully mechanized mining face of Xinjing Coal Mine as the engineering background,the numerical calculation model of bolt prestress is established by means of numerical simulation and field test,and the influence of support parameters on bolt prestress distribution is analyzed.Based on this,the prestressed bolt support technology and parameters of air entry roadway in the 8128 fully mechanized mining face of Xinjing Coal Mine are developed,and the industrial test is carried out.After the roadway driving is stable,the surrounding rock deformation can be controlled,which is proved that the prestressed bolt support technology and parameters are reasonable.
