摘要
为实现煤仓快速掘进,提高机械化水平,减少作业人员投入,古城煤矿2号井底煤仓设计为竖仓。施工前,先沿煤仓中心线打设一个直径1200 mm的钻孔,对反井钻孔进行扩刷后,利用小孔径反井钻孔出矸。施工产生的矸石掉落在皮带输送机上方安装好的缓冲平台上,经接矸平台上留的5个溜矸孔将矸石放入主井皮带,直接运至地面矸石场。该出矸系统优化了出矸环节,节省了出矸时间和人员投入。
In order to realize the rapid excavation of the coal bunker,improve the mechanization level and reduce the input of operators,the No.2 bottom coal bunker of Gucheng Coal Mine is designed as a vertical bunker.Before construction,a hole of 1200 mm in diameter is first drilled along the center line of the bunker.After expanding the borehole,the gangue produced by the construction is dropped on the buffer platform installed above the belt conveyor.There are five gangue holes left on the gangue platform to put the gangue into the belt of the main shaft and transport it directly to the ground gangue yard.The gangue discharge system optimizes the gangue discharge link and saves the gangue discharge time and personnel input.
