摘要
为解决南河煤矿15108工作面回采通过褶皱构造过程中支架失稳问题,采用FLAC^(3D)进行了回采推进过程中围岩应力分布云图、UDEC注浆扩散模拟试验,并进行理论分析,制定超前支护措施。结果表明:随着工作面回采推进,应力集中区域主要集中于工作面靠近回风顺槽一侧;UDEC模拟研究分析,注浆压力不小于550 kPa;注浆完成后考察工作面支架压力,支架压力处于33~42 MPa,整体未出现大的波动,回采顺利进行。
In order to solve the problem of support instability in the process of mining through fold structure in the 15108 working face of Nanhe Coal Mine,the cloud diagram of surrounding rock stress distribution and UDEC grouting diffusion simulation experiment were carried out by using FLAC^(3D),and theoretical analysis was carried out to formulate advance support measures.The results show that with the mining advance of the working face,the stress concentration area is mainly concentrated on the side of the return air trough of the working face,and the UDEC simulation analysis shows that the grouting pressure is not less than 550 kPa,after the completion of grouting,the support pressure of the working face is 33-42 MPa,there is no large fluctuation as a whole,and the mining is carried out smoothly.
