摘要 为了解决高瓦斯自燃煤层小煤柱开采采空区漏风遗煤易自燃和工作面瓦斯超限的问题,以同忻煤矿为背景,建立了瓦斯-火灾协同防治技术,采用惰性气体置换采空区有害气体,喷洒阻化剂防止采空区遗煤自燃,小煤柱侧喷浆防漏风等技术措施,有效降低了采空区有害气体含量,达到防止采空区遗煤自燃和工作面及上隅角瓦斯超限的目的。 In order to solve the problem of spontaneous combustion and excessive gas in goaf caused by air leakage in small pillar mining of high gas spontaneous combustion coal seam,gas-fire cooperative prevention technology is established on the background of Tongxin Coal Mine.Technical measures such as using inert gas to replace harmful gas in goaf,spraying chemical inhibitor to prevent spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf,and spraying slurry on the side of small coal pillar to prevent air leakage effectively reduce the content of harmful gas in goaf,so as to achieve the purpose of preventing spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf and gas overrun in working face and upper corner.
