Design and Application of the EBZ220T Type Integrated Excavation and Exploration Machine

针对亿隆煤业1^(-2)-217工作面辅运输大巷应用传统ZY3200型探水钻机存在单次探水时间长、巷道掘进单进水平低等问题,将ZY3200型液压探水钻机和EBZ220掘进机集成,设计了EBZ220T型掘探一体化设备,实现掘、探连续作业。现场应用情况表明,EBZ220T型掘探一体机安全系数高,设备损耗较小,在提高防治水安全管理和单进水平方面效果显著。

In view of the problems existing in the application of traditional ZY3200 type water exploration rig in auxiliary transportation roadway of the 1^(-2)-217 working face in Yilong Coal Mine,such as long time of single water exploration and low level of roadway driving,with the integration of ZY3200 type hydraulic water exploration drilling rig and EBZ220 roadheader,EBZ220T type integrated excavation and exploration equipment is designed to realize the continuous operation of excavation and exploration.The field application shows that the EBZ220T all-in-one excavation and exploration machine has high safety factor and small equipment loss,and has remarkable effect in improving the water safety management and single entry level of prevention and control.
