摘要
以东周窑矿2105掘进巷道为案例,开展了电液遥控操纵式掘进临时超前支护液压支架的设计和应用研究,对ZLJ2400/24/32临时超前支护液压支架的结构、工作原理及工作环境参数进行了分析。工业性试验结果表明:该支架支护效果理想,可有效提高巷道掘进效率。
Taking the 2105 driving roadway of Dongzhouyao Coal Mine as an example,the design and application of hydraulic support for temporary advance support of electro-hydraulic remote control driving are carried out,and the structure,working principle and working environment parameters of hydraulic support for temporary advance support of ZLJ2400/24/32 are analyzed.The industrial test results show that the supporting effect of the support is ideal and can effectively improve the roadway driving efficiency.
