综采工作面液压支架撤除工艺研讨

摘要 综采工作面的正常撤除对矿井的接续起到重要作用,工作面的撤除主要包括转载机、采煤机、运输机、液压支架等。液压支架撤除是工作面设备回撤的关键,撤除工艺是否合理,直接关系着支架的撤除速度和支架质量。为了解决综采工作面撤除液压支架回撤效率低、安全性差、支架损坏等问题,对液压支架的拆除采用端头支架和掩护支架替换的施工方法进行撤除,为煤矿的正常生产提供了强有力的技术支持。 The normal withdrawal of fully mechanized mining face plays an important role in the connection of mine.The removal of working face mainly includes transfer,shearer,transporter,hydraulic support and so on.The removal of hydraulic support is the key to the withdrawal of equipment in the working face.Whether the removal process is reasonable or not is directly related to the removal speed and quality of the support.In order to solve the problems of low withdrawal efficiency,poor safety and damage of hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining face,the construction method of replacing end support and shield support is used to remove hydraulic support,which provides strong technical support for the normal production of coal mine.
