摘要 常村煤矿2311工作面回采巷道布置过程中揭露X63陷落柱,影响带范围内围岩破坏、完整性差,锚杆、锚索失效多,频繁出现随掘随漏隐患,顶板管理难度大。通过采用常规锚网+工字钢棚联合支护,针对重点影响区域配合采取注浆加固的支护思路,设计深、浅孔注浆加固,使巷道在陷落柱影响区域内形成两层壳体的保护结构,有效改善了围岩的自承载性能,提高了围岩的自稳性,巷道施工顺利通过了陷落柱等破碎区。 In the process of mining roadway layout of the 2311 working face in Changcun Coal Mine,X63 collapse column is exposed,which results in the destruction of surrounding rock,poor integrity,frequent failure of anchor rod and anchor cable,frequent hidden danger of leakage along with excavation,and difficulty in roof management.By adopting the combined support of conventional anchor net + I-steel shed,aiming at the key affected areas,the idea of grouting reinforcement is adopted,the deep and shallow hole grouting reinforcement is designed to form a two-layer shell protection structure in the area affected by the collapse column.The self-bearing performance of the surrounding rock is effectively improved,the self-stability of the surrounding rock is improved,and the roadway construction successfully passed the broken areas such as collapse columns.
