摘要
针对回坡底选煤厂煤泥水在中煤和矸石系统中的分选比较粗放,大部分按0.35 mm粒度分级后作为中煤和煤泥副产品,煤泥水没有得到充分有效分选问题,优化改进煤泥水工艺流程,将中煤煤泥水和矸石煤泥水分别进行处理,将中煤煤泥水中0.35 mm粒度级以下物料进入浮选。工艺优化改进后,选煤厂浮选精煤、精煤产率分别提高0.91%、0.81%,为企业创造了较好的经济效益。
In view of the extensive separation of slime water in medium coal and gangue system in Huipodi Coal Preparation Plant,most of them are classified according to 0.35 mm particle size as by-products of medium coal and slime,and slime water is not separated effectively enough.The technological process of slime water is optimized and improved,the medium coal slime water and gangue slime water are treated respectively,and the materials with particle size less than 0.35 mm in slime water are floated.After the process optimization and improvement,the flotation clean coal and clean coal yield of the coal preparation plant increased by 0.91% and 0.81% respectively,creating better economic benefits for the enterprise.
