基于第三方监管视角下生活垃圾焚烧厂存在问题应对措施

Problems and Countermeasures of Domestic Waste Incineration Plant from the Perspective of Third-party Supervision

随着我国重点地区城市统筹发展、城镇化战略和城乡振兴战略的持续深入,城镇化发展正在逐步提升,而近年来城市化规模也急剧增长,随着人们的生活消费日益增加,城市废物产生率也日趋上升,不少城市已被废弃物所覆盖;因此在十九大报告中更加突出了环境问题,并要求加强固体废弃物和垃圾处置。因此,我们有必要围绕着环保理念,基于第三方监管视角下对垃圾焚烧厂运行当中所存在的问题进行分析,并提出更加有效的解决对策,更好地对环境进行保护,节约资源,实现社会的可持续健康发展。

With the continuous deepening of urban overall development,urbanization strategy and urban-rural Revitalization Strategy in key areas of China,the development of urbanization is gradually improving,and the scale of urbanization has also increased sharply in recent years.With the increasing consumption of people,the generation rate of urban waste is also increasing,and many cities have been covered by waste;Therefore,environmental issues were highlighted in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and it was required to strengthen the disposal of solid waste and garbage.Therefore,it is necessary for us to focus on the concept of environmental protection and analyze the problems existing in the operation of waste incineration plant from the perspective of third-party supervision,and put forward more effective countermeasures to better protect the environment,save resources and realize the sustainable and healthy development of society.
