摘要
为了研究中药前胡在不同生产环节中的5种香豆素类成分变化,采用高效液相色谱法测定鲜药材、产地加工和市场销售3个生产环节前胡中前胡香豆精Ⅰ、白花前胡甲素、前胡香豆精Ⅱ、白花前胡乙素和白花前胡E素的含量和各成分相对比例变化。结果显示,从鲜药材到产地加工环节,前胡药材中的白花前胡香豆精I的平均含量由0.046±0.003%下降至0.019±0.009%(p<0.01);市场上的前胡药材中白花前胡甲素含量由0.538±0.147%到0.804±0.178%,显著低于鲜药材环节(p<0.05),由0.538±0.147%到0.948±0.142%,极显著低于产地加工环节(p<0.01)。从鲜药材(总含量为1.544±0.381%)到产地加工(总含量为1.501±0.128%),再到市场销售(总含量为1.019±0.201%),前胡中的5种香豆g素类成分总含量呈降低趋势,且产地加工和市场销售这两环节的5种香豆素类成分总含量差异显著(p<0.05)。同时在不同的生产环节中,前胡药材中的5种香豆素类成分之间的相对比例关系发生了较大变化,市场销售的前胡中的白花前胡甲素相对比例(9.3:1)低于鲜药材(16.1:1)和产地加工环节(16.9:1)的;从鲜药材到/产地加工,再到市场销售,白花前胡乙素和白花前胡E素的相对比例在逐渐降低。因此,中药前胡在不同生产环节中的5种香豆素类成分含量和相对比例产生了变化,可为前胡药材的质量控制提供依据并对其他药材的研究具有指导意义。
Objective: To study the changes of five coumarins in different production stages of Peucedani Radix. Methods: HPLC was used to determine the contents and components of Peucedanocoumarin Ⅰ, Praeruptorin A, Peucedanocoumarin Ⅱ, Praeruptorin B and E in the three production links of fresh medicinal materials, origin processing and market sales. The relative proportion changes. Results: From fresh medicinal materials to the processing link of the production area, the average content of Peucedanocoumarin I in Peucedani Radix materials decreased from 0.046±0.003% to 0.019±0.009%(p<0.01);Praeruptorin A. The content ranges from 0.538±0.147% to 0.804±0.178%, which is significantly lower than that of fresh medicinal materials(p<0.05), and from 0.538±0.147% to 0.948±0.142%, which is extremely significantly lower than that of production area processing(p<0.01). From fresh medicinal materials(total content of 1.544±0.381%) to processing at the origin(total content of 1.501±0.128%) to market sales(total content of 1.019±0.201%), there are 5 coumarins in Peucedani Radix The total content showed a decreasing trend, and the total content of the five coumarins in the two links of production area processing and market sales are significantly different(p<0.05). At the same time, in different production links, the relative proportions of the five coumarin components in Peucedani Radix materials have undergone major changes, and the relative proportion of Praeruptorin A(9.3:1) in the market sales of Peucedani Radix has been low. In the process of fresh medicinal materials(16.1:1) and production area processing(16.9:1);from fresh medicinal materials to production area processing to market sales, the relative proportions of Praeruptorin B and E are gradually decreasing. Conclusion: The content and relative proportions of the five coumarins in Peucedani Radix have changed in different production links. The study can provide a basis for the quality control of Peucedani Radix and has guiding significance for the research of other medicinal materials.
