克霉唑栓联合苦参凝胶治疗念珠菌性阴道炎37例

Clotrimazole Suppository Combined with Kushen Gel Patients of 37 Cases with Candidal Vaginitis

目的:探讨克霉唑栓联合苦参凝胶在念珠菌性阴道炎患者中的治疗效果。方法:选取2019年11月至2021年7月就诊于宜春市妇幼保健院的74例念珠菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各37例。对照组给予克霉唑栓治疗,观察组采取克霉唑栓联合苦参凝胶,持续用2周,之后随访3个月。对比两组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、阴道菌群水平、复发率及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率94.59%,高于对照组的75.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组阴道瘙痒、白带异常、阴道灼热感消失时间短于对照组;治疗后乳酸杆菌阳性率为89.19%,高于对照组的67.57%,念珠菌阳性率及复发率分别为8.11%、5.41%,低于对照组的29.73%、21.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:克霉唑栓联合苦参凝胶治疗念珠菌性阴道炎效果确切,可加快症状消失,减少疾病复发,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of clotrimazole suppository combined with kushen gel in patients with candidal vaginitis.Methods:A total of 74 patients with candidal vaginitis who were admitted to Yichun Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clotrimazole suppository,and the observation group was treated with clotrimazole suppository combined with kushen gel for 2 weeks,and then followed up for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,vaginal flora level,recurrence rate and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.59%,which was higher than 75.68%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had a shorter disappearance of vaginal itching,leucorrhea,and vaginal burning sensation than the control group.After treatment,the positive rate of Lactobacillus was 89.19%,which was higher than 67.57%in the control group.The positive rate of candida and the recurrence rate were 8.11%and 5.41%,respectively,which were lower than 29.73%and 21.62%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:Clotrimazole suppository combined with kushen gel is effective in treating candidal vaginitis,which can speed up the disappearance of symptoms,reduce disease recurrence,and is highly safe.
