摘要
目的研究胃癌(GC)中CD11b^(+)/CD66b^(+)肿瘤相关中性粒细胞的浸润情况,分析其与临床病理参数的相关性。方法采用免疫组化方法检测正常胃组织、GC组织及转移癌组织中的CD11b^(+)/CD66b^(+)肿瘤相关中性粒细胞的浸润情况,分析CD11b^(+)/CD66b^(+)肿瘤相关中性粒细胞在正常胃组织、GC组织及转移癌组织中的浸润情况及其与临床病理参数的关系。结果CD11b^(+)/CD66b^(+)肿瘤相关中性粒细胞在GC组织中高阳性表达率明显高于正常胃组织(P<0.001)。CD11b^(+)/CD66b^(+)肿瘤相关中性粒细胞高表达与年龄(P=0.008)、组织学分级(P=0.028)、淋巴结转移(P=0.009)、肿瘤大小(P=0.001)呈正相关,CD11b^(+)/CD66b^(+)肿瘤相关中性粒细胞高表达与患者性别及Laruen分型无显著相关。结论CD11b^(+)/CD66b^(+)肿瘤相关中性粒细胞在GC组织及转移癌组织中广泛浸润,并与淋巴结转移、组织学分级、肿瘤大小均呈正相关,具有作为GC预后标志物的潜力。
Objective To explore the infiltration of CD11b^(+)/CD66b^(+) tumor-associated neutrophils in gastric cancer(GC)and analyze its correlation with clinicopathological parameters.Methods Immunohistochemical methods were used to detect detect the infiltration of CD11b^(+)/CD66b^(+) tumor-associated neutrophils in normal gastric tissues,gastric cancer tissues and metastatic tissues,and to statistically analyze its correlation with clinicopathological parameters.Results CD11b^(+)/CD66b^(+) tumor-associated neutrophilswere significantly more highly positively expressed in gastric cancer tissue microarrays than in adjacent normal gastric tissue microarrays(P=0.001).The high expression of CD11b^(+)/CD66b^(+) tumor-associated neutrophils was positively correlated with age(P=0.008),histological grade(P=0.028),lymph node metastasis(P=0.009),and tumor size(P=0.001),while the high expression of CD11b^(+)/CD66b^(+) tumor-associated neutrophils was not significantly correlated with gender and Laruen typing.Conclusion CD11b^(+)/CD66b^(+) tumor-associated neutrophils were widely infiltrated in gastric cancer tissues and metastatic cancer tissues,and positively correlated with lymph node metastasis,histological grade,and tumor size,with potential as a prognostic marker for gastric cancer.
