基于动态联邦的军用特种车辆数字化协同研制模式研究 被引量:1

摘要 军用特种车辆研制是一项跨地域、跨企业、跨专业高度协同的复杂系统工程,随着军用特种车辆由单一作战单元向模块化、通用化、系列化的技术方向发展,传统的串行研制模式已无法满足产品研制要求。为此,提出基于动态联邦的军用特种车辆数字化协同研制系统架构,构建统一的数字化协同研制平台,基于动态联邦的组织模式实现不同项目研制团队的灵活、快速组织,通过协同服务的方式实现各单位PDM系统与协同服务平台之间的数据集成和流程集成,最终形成基于数字样机的并行协同数字化研制模式。在军用特种车辆研制中的应用表明,该方法能够有效提升军用特种车辆研制效率与质量,可解决网络化协同研制中协作团队组织、数据技术状态管控、数据资源共享等问题,为促进其他复杂产品的数字化协同研制提供参考。 The development of military special vehicle was a complex system engineering that was with high coordination across regions,enterprises and disciplines.With the development technology of military special vehicle moving in the direction of modularization,generalization and serialization,the traditional sequential development mode was unable to meet the requirements of product development.Therefore,it was proposed that the architecture of military special vehicle digital collaborative development system based on dynamic federation,a unified digital collaborative development platform was constructed,the flexible and rapid organization of different project development teams was realized based on the organization mode of dynamic federation,and the data and process integration between PDM system and collaborative service platform of each unit were realized through collaborative service.Finally,a parallel collaborative digital development mode based on digital prototype was formed.The application in the development of military special vehicle showed that this method could effectively improve the development efficiency and quality of military special vehicle,and could also solve the problems of cooperative team organization,data technology state control,data resource sharing and so on in networked collaborative development,so as to provide a reference for promoting the digital collaborative development of other complex products.
