摘要
对凤尾蕨属植物刺齿凤尾蕨的化学成分进行系统研究。将刺齿凤尾蕨全草干燥后用95%乙醇加热回流提取3次,每次3 h,减压回收得到1.1 kg浸膏。用石油醚、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,得到四个部分萃取物。二氯甲烷萃取物先后经聚酰胺树脂和ODS柱进行化合物的分离和纯化,根据其理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构,并从刺齿凤尾蕨中鉴定出黄酮类化合物金雀异黄酮。
The chemical constituents of Pteris dispar Kunze in Pteridaceae were studied systematically.The whole plant was dried and refluxed with 95%ethanol for 3 times,each time for 3 hours.1.1 kg extracts were obtained by decompression recovery.Four partial extracts were obtained by extraction with petroleum ether,dichloromethane,ethyl acetate and n-butanol.The dichloromethane extracts were separated and purified by polyamide resin and ODS column,and the structures of the compounds were identified according to their physicochemical properties and spectral data.Genistein of flavonoids was identified from Pteris dispar Kunze for the first time.
