线型低密度聚乙烯的结构与性能研究

Study on Structure and Properties of Linear Low Density Polyethylene

研究了3种线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)的薄膜开口和透明性能、相对分子质量及其分布、流变性能以及热性能等。结果表明:3个样品的开口性能不同,3#的摩擦系数最小、开口性能最好,2#和3#的雾度高于1#;3个样品的热稳定性能和其他物理性能相当;3#的重均相对分子质量最大,相对分子质量分布最宽,结晶温度最高,质量残余率最大;1#的抗拉性能最好,对温度的剪切敏感性最大。

The relative molecular weight and its distribution,rheological properties,thermal properties,transparency and anti-blocking properties of three linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)films were investigated.The results show that the anti-blocking properties of three LLDPE samples are different.The friction coefficient of 3#is the smallest and its anti-blocking property is the best.The hazes of 2#and 3#are higher than 1#.The thermal stability and other physical properties of three LLDPE samples are equivalent.The weight average molecular weight and index of molecular weight distribution of 3#are the largest.The crystallization temperature of 3#is the highest,and the thermal weight-loss rate of 3#is the lowest.The tensile property of 1#is the best and the shear sensitivity to temperature of 1#is the greatest.
