摘要
综述了碳九石油树脂(C9PR)加氢工艺技术及分析测试方法。介绍了C9PR加氢工艺的加氢催化剂载体、活性组分及加氢流程。调研了反应过程主副反应程度的分析测试方法。随着裂解乙烯工业的发展,C9PR产量大幅提高,对高性能氢化C9PR的需求也大幅上升,如何进行工艺设计得到高性能的氢化C9PR、提高产品的价值是当前重要的研究课题。
The hydrogenation and analysis of C9 petroleum resin(C9PR)was summarized.The catalyst support,active component and the process in the hydrogenation part were investigated.In the analysis part,some ways to reflect the main and side reaction were compared.With the development of cracking ethylene,C9PR has been substantial increased,and the demand for high-performance hydrogenated C9PR has also been greatly wanted.Presently,how to obtain the high-performance hydrogenated C9PR to improve the value is a hot researching topic.
