双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊联合中医、康复运动训练治疗原发性膝关节骨关节炎的效果

Effect of diclofenac sodium sustained release capsules combined with traditional Chinese medicine and rehabilitation exercise training on primary knee osteoarthritis

目的:研究双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊联合中医、康复运动训练治疗原发性膝关节骨关节炎的效果。方法:选取2020年9月-2021年5月收治的128例原发性膝关节骨关节炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各64例。对照组应用双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗,观察组加用综合康复运动训练治疗。对比分析两组治疗前后的血清学指标、中医症候积分、VAS、WOMAC评分。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的MMP、IL-6以及中医症候积分低于对照组,VAS评分、WOMAC评分也低于对照组,临床总有效率高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用中西医联合综合康复运动训练治疗原发性膝关节骨关节炎安全有效,可促进临床症状、膝关节功能的改善以及缓解患者疼痛感,降低炎性因子水平。

Objective:To study the effect of diclofenac sodium sustained release capsules combined with traditional Chinese medicine and rehabilitation exercise training in the treatment of primary knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 128 patients with primary knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to May 2021 were enrolled.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation exercise training.The serological indexes,TCM symptom score,VAS score and WOMAC score of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The MMP,IL-6 and TCM symptom scores in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score and WOMAC score of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the total clinical effective rate was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation exercise training in patients with primary knee osteoarthritis is safe and effective,which can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,knee joint function,relieve pain and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
