基于思维导图的健康宣教模式在预防性回肠造口术患者中的应用观察

摘要 目的:观察基于思维导图的健康宣教模式在预防性回肠造口术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2020年3月在本院行预防性回肠造口术的60例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组予以口头健康宣教模式干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于思维导图的健康宣教模式干预,连续干预3个月。比较干预前及干预3个月后两组患者生活质量与自护能力,以及干预3个月内造口并发症(造口黏膜分离、皮炎、感染、回缩)发生率差异。结果:干预3个月后,两组患者COHQOL-OQ评分、ESCA评分显著升高,且观察组患者明显高于同一时间对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者造口并发症发生率显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:基于思维导图的健康宣教模式可明显提高预防性回肠造口术后患者生活质量与自我护理能力,有利于减少造口术后并发症发生风险。 Objective:To observe the application effect of the health education model based on mind mapping in patients undergoing preventive ileostomy.Methods:Sixty patients who underwent preventive ileostomy in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to random number table method.The control group was given oral health education model intervention,and the observation group was given health education model intervention based on mind map on the basis of the control group for 3 months.The quality of life and self-care ability of the two groups before and after 3 months of intervention were compared.The incidence of stoma complications(stoma mucosal separation,dermatitis,infection,retraction)within 3 months of intervention was compared.Results:After 3 months of intervention,the COHQOL-OQ score and ESCA score of the two groups were significantly increased,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group at the same time(P<0.05).The incidence of stoma complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The health education model based on mind map can significantly improve the quality of life and self-care ability of patients after preventive ileostomy,which is conducive to reducing the risk of complications after ostomy.
