Design and Application of Comprehensive Fire Prevention and Extinguishing during the Final Mining Period of Fully Mechanized Caving Face in Extra-thick Coal Seam

摘要 为了解决大同矿区石炭系特厚煤层综放工作面在末采期间自然发火问题,提出了综合防灭火设计思路,通过采取在采空区设置阻化隔离带、封堵端头减少漏风、采空区低温注氮、施工措施孔、加强监测监控等一系列综合灭火措施后,经现场实践检验,工作面在末采期间各项气体指标正常,保证了工作面的安全停采与回撤,是一种可靠的防灭火方案。 In order to solve the problem of spontaneous combustion in fully mechanized top-coal caving face of carboniferous extra-thick coal seam in Datong Mining Area during the final mining period,the design idea of comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing is put forward,through a series of comprehensive fire-fighting measures,such as setting blocking isolation zone in goaf,blocking end to reduce air leakage,injecting nitrogen into goaf at low temperature,constructing measure holes,strengthening monitoring and monitoring and so on,the gas index is normal during the final mining period,which ensures the safe stoping and withdrawal of the working face,and is a reliable fire-fighting program.
