面向二次事故预警的主动式智慧防撞护栏设计

Design of Active Smart Anti-collision Guardrail for Secondary Accident Early Warning

二次交通事故是指与第一次事故发生的时间相隔较短,后车或来车来不及反应而再次造成交通事故。车辆在高速行驶状态下,从发现事故到完成车辆制动需要更长的时间,及时地进行事故预警从而避免二次事故的发生,对于提高交通安全水平具有重大的现实意义。因此,文章以减少二次事故发生为主要目标,以提升事故应急预警及救援响应效能为主要手段,充分考虑事故发生时一般会对防撞护栏造成不同损毁程度的基本特性,创新性提出将普通防撞护栏设计成融合撞击感知、空间定位、预警发布、系统联动等功能为一体化的智慧防撞护栏系统的研究思路,以解决当前对二次事故预警时效性不高的问题。

The second traffic accident means that the time interval between the second traffic accident and the first accident is relatively short, and the car behind or the incoming car does not have time to react and cause the traffic accident again. When the vehicle is driving at high speed, it takes a longer time to finish the process from finding the accident to completing the vehicle brake. Thus, timely accident early warning for the purpose of avoiding the occurrence of secondary accidents is of great practical significance to improving the level of traffic safety. Therefore, this work takes reducing the occurrence of secondary accidents as the main goal, with improving the efficiency of emergency early warning and rescue response as the main means, fully considers the basic characteristics that generally cause different degrees of damage to the collision guardrail in the event of an accident, and therefore puts forward the innovative design of an ordinary anti-collision guardrail into the integration of impact perception, spatial positioning, early warning release, system linkage and other functions as an integrated smart anti-collision guardrail system, in order to solve the current problem of comparatively low timeliness of the second accident early warning.
