家庭赋权方案在肺癌术后患者中的应用效果分析

Effect analysis of family empowerment scheme in lung cancer patients

目的探讨家庭赋权方案提高肺癌术后患者出院准备度、自护能力和治疗依从性的效果。方法选取2017-05—2021-02于安阳市第六人民医院胸外科住院的肺癌患者103例。按照随机数字表法分为观察组(51例)和对照组(52例)。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上联合家庭赋权方案干预。应用出院准备度量表、自我护理能力测定量表和治疗依从性量表评价干预效果。结果2组的患者一般资料及干预前的出院准备度得分、自我护理能力得分、治疗依从性得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后2组患者的上述各项得分均较干预前提高,其中观察组患者的得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭赋权干预能显著提高肺癌术后患者的出院准备度、自我照护能力和治疗依从性,有利于促进患者的康复进程。

Objective To explore the effect of family empowerment scheme in improving hospital discharge readiness,self-care capacity and treatment compliance in lung cancer patients after surgery.Methods Totally 103 hospitalized lung cancer patients treated in our hospital from May 2017 to February 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(51 cases)and control group(52 cases).The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received a combination of family empowerment program intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The effect of the intervention was evaluated using Discharge Readiness Scale,the Self-Care Ability Scale and treatment compliance Scale.Results There were no significant differences in the general data of the two groups,as well as the scores of hospital discharge readiness,self-care ability and treatment compliance before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the above items in the two groups were improved compared with those before the intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family empowerment intervention can significantly improve the discharge readiness,self-care ability and treatment compliance,which promotes the recovery of lung cancer patients.
