摘要
目的观察并分析卵圆孔未闭合(PFO)并偏头痛患者的平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)与右向左分流(RLS)的关系。方法回顾性分析2019-09—2021-04连续就诊于郑州大学第一附属医院确诊为PFO合并偏头痛的130例患者的临床资料。患者头痛影响测定(HIT-6)评分均>55分,根据RLS的分流量分为少量RLS组与中大量RLS组2组。采用单因素方差分析及Kruskal-Wallis非参数检验进行组间差异性分析。结果54例(41.5%)患者为少量RLS,76例(58.5%)患者为中大量RLS。中大量RLS组的MCHC水平为(329.30±1.04)g/L,显著低于少量RLS组的(333.81±1.20)g/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PFO合并偏头痛患者的MCHC水平与RLS的程度有关,且MCHC水平随着RLS程度的增大而降低。
Objective The relationship between mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)and right to left shunt(RLS)was observed and analyzed in patients with patent foramen ovale(PFO)and migraine.Methods The clinical data of 130 consecutive patients who were diagnosed with PFO combined with migraine at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2019 to April 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients'headache impact test-6(HIT-6)scores were>55,and they were divided into 2 groups according to the shunt flow of RLS:Patients with mild RLS;Patients with moderate-severe RLS.One-way ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis nonparametric test were used to analyze the differences between groups.Results Totally 54 patients(41.5%)with mild RLS,and 76 patients(58.5%)with moderate-severe RLS.The level of MCHC in Patients with moderate-severe RLS(329.30±1.04)was significantly lower than that of Patients with mild RLS(333.81±1.20),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of MCHC in patients with PFO combined with migraine were correlated with the degree of RLS,and MCHC levels decreased as the degree of RLS increased.
