大豆分离蛋白基可降解膜的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 随着环境问题日益凸显,新型绿色包装材料成为研究热点。大豆作为我国主要农产品被广泛接受。大豆分离蛋白作为天然大分子,其较好的成膜能力和生物降解性逐渐成为石油基高分子材料的替代品之一,被广泛应用于生产生活中。该文以大豆分离蛋白为成膜基质,综述对大豆分离蛋白的本体改性、表面改性、纳米改性以及与聚合物共混改性等,以改善可降解膜性能,满足更多应用要求,并对可降解膜的应用和发展前景进行分析与展望。 Due to the increasing prominence of environmental problems,new green packaging materials have become a research priority.Soybean is widely considered to be one of the main agricultural products used in China.Soybean protein isolate,a natural macromolecule,has gradually become a substitute for petroleum-based polymer materials due to its good film-forming ability and biodegradability and it has been widely used in commercial and daily life applications.In this study,soybean protein isolate was used as a membrane substrate and the modification of soybean protein isolate,surface modification,nano-modification and modification based on blending with polymers were reviewed with the aim of increasing the suitability of this degradable membrane to meet requirements for use in additional applications.These,as well as prospects to develop a degradable membrane,were analyzed and assessed.
