摘要
为了研究坚硬顶板弱化后矿压情况,本文以玉溪煤矿1301工作面为研究背景,通过现场实践对弱化后的矿压情况进行分析,给出了深孔爆破方式进行顶板弱化的施工工艺;同时通过对顶板弱化前后岩层内部裂隙情况进行研究发现,经过弱化后顶板岩层出现明显裂缝,弱化效果明显。通过对弱化后顶板的初次来压、周期来压步距及动载系数进行分析发现,经过弱化后顶板周期来压及初次来压步距均有了明显缩短,且动载系数维持在合理范围内,顶板弱化效果较佳,为坚硬顶板弱化提供一定的借鉴。
Taking the 1301 working face of Yuxi Colliery as the research background,the paper analyzes rock pressure after the weakening through field practice,and gives the construction technology of roof weakening by deep hole blasting.At the same time,through the research on the internal cracks of rock stratum before and after roof weakening,it is found that obvious cracks appear in the roof rock layer after weakening,and the weakening effect is obvious.Through the analysis of the initial pressure,periodic pressure step and dynamic load coefficient of the weakened roof,it is found that the periodic pressure and initial pressure step of the weakened roof are significantly reduced,the dynamic load coefficient is maintained within a reasonable range,and the roof weakening effect is better,which provides a certain reference for the weakening of hard roof.
