摘要 由于传统聚氨酯注浆加固材料中有机氯含量较高,致使以煤炭资源为原材料化工催化剂的催化作用大大降低甚至失效。为改善加固材料对化工催化剂影响,自主研发了新型低卤聚氨酯注浆加固材料。通过在山西晋煤寺河煤矿应用结果表明,该材料相较于传统聚氨酯注浆加固材料,卤素含量占比降至270 mg/kg,对化工催化剂影响降低较为明显。另外,在材料性能方面,新型低卤聚氨酯注浆加固材料表现出更为优异的力学.阻燃.稳定性能,更高效提高注浆加固效果,控制冒顶.片帮灾害,保证井下回采安全。 The catalytic effect of chemical catalysts using coal resources as raw materials is greatly reduced or even invalid due to the high organic chlorine content in traditional polyurethane grouting reinforcement materials.In order to improve the influence of reinforcement materials on chemical catalysts,new low-halogen polyurethane grouting reinforcement materials have been independently researched and developed,whose halogen content proportion is reduced to 270 mg/kg compared with the traditional polyurethane grouting reinforcement material.In addition,in terms of material properties,the new low-halogen polyurethane grouting reinforcement materials show more excellent mechanical,flame retardant and stability properties,more efficiently improve the grouting reinforcement effect,control the disaster of the roof sheet,and ensure the safety of underground mining.
