摘要
针对七一煤矿9107工作面回采过程中粉尘浓度高、能见度低等问题,经分析原因,决定采用泡沫复合除尘技术防治工作面粉尘。现场应用结果表明,优化除尘技术后,工作面全尘浓度由原来的130 mg/m^(3)降低至33 mg/m^(3),呼吸性粉尘.浓度由原来的174mg/m^(3)降低为52mg/m^(3),有效改善了工作面作业环境。
In view of the problems of high dust concentration and low visibility in mining at 9107 working face in Qiyi Colliery,the paper introduces the application of foam composite dust removal technology to prevent and control the dust,whose application results show the total dust concentration is reduced from 130 mg/m^(3)to 33 mg/m^(3),and the respiratory dust concentration from 174 mg/m^(3)to 52 mg/m^(3),improving the working environment at working face effectively.
