摘要
针对官地选煤厂煤泥水处理系统存在的自动化水平低下、资源浪费严重的问题,在分析影响选煤厂煤泥水性质因素基础上,设计了基于主从控制技术的煤泥水智能控制系统。本文以CX8050控制器为例,对浓缩池底流回收从站系统、自动加药从站系统进行了设计,系统间采用CAN总线通讯完成数据、指令交互。实际应用结果表明,该煤泥水处理控制系统运行平稳、高效、经济效果明显。
Aiming at the low intelligentization and serious resources waste in slime water treatment system of Guandi Coal Preparation Plant,the author designs the slime water intelligent control system based on master-slave control technology by analysis of the factors influencing slime water properties including the slave station system for underflow recovery system in thickener and automatic agent feeding,which achieves the interaction of data and instruction based on CAN bus communication between systems with stable,high-efficiency operation and remarkable economic effects.
