煤矿井下变电站无人巡检技术的研究应用

摘要 针对煤矿井下变电站采用人工值守、人工巡检模式所存在的巡检效率低、可靠性差的不足,提出了一种新的煤矿井下变电站无人巡检技术,该技术将变电站无人值守和运行状态机器人巡检集于一体,利用集控主站监测及受控子站数据采集,实现对变电站运行状态的实时监控和调整,实现了井下变电站运行的“无人化”,提升了井下变电站的运行可靠性。 In view of the low efficiency and poor reliability of the manual inspection mode in underground substations of mine,a new unattended inspection technology is proposed,which integrates the unattended operation and the robot inspection,and realizes the real-time monitoring and adjustment of the substation operation state by using the monitoring of the centralized control master station and the data collection of the controlled sub-stations,improving the the operation reliability of underground substation with unattended operation.
