推动中华文化在南非的传播,是基于当前国际关系中文化日益显现的重要作用和持续推进中非合作的现实需要。近年来,中华文化在南非的传播主要包括语言文化、治国理政文化、优秀传统文化,文化传播的形式,相比之前愈发多元,影响日益扩大,但也存在着观念不强、有效交往不足、有效传播平台薄弱、传播程度不够深入等问题。未来要加强中华文化在南非的传播,提升中华文化的影响力,除了要构建中国特色的话语体系,还需要从建立专向的跨文化传播机制、实施多元主体参与和多种方法并举的举措、优化平台建设、设立专项研究项目和资金等方面用心谋划。
