新疆抓基层党建促乡村振兴工作的实践探索与理性思考——南疆“访惠聚”驻村工作的实践体验

新疆局势事关全国改革发展稳定大局,事关祖国统一、民族团结、国家安全,事关实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标和中华民族伟大复兴。抓好基层党建是打赢脱贫攻坚战的客观需求,是实现新时代党的治疆方略的必要举措,是全面建成小康社会的力量源泉,是实现乡村振兴的现实需要。第二次中央新疆工作座谈会以来,新疆开展基层农村(社区)“访惠聚”工作,作者以深入南疆某县某村开展“访惠聚”工作的实践经历为契机,提出抓基层,打基础,抓党建促乡村振兴的基本经验,探索出有南疆基层特色的抓党建促乡村振兴的实践路径,具有一定的借鉴意义。

The situation in Xinjiang has a bearing on the overall situation of national reform,development,and stability,the reunification of the motherland,national unity,and national security,as well as the realization of the"two centenary"goals and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Efficient grass-roots Party building is the objective need to win the battle to get rid of poverty,the necessary measure to realize the party's strategy of governing Xinjiang in the new era,the source of strength to win a well-off society in an all-round way,and the realistic need to realize the revitalization of the countryside.Since the second Central Symposium on Xinjiang work,the local government has carried out the"visit-benefit-unite"work in grass-roots rural areas(communities).Thus,based on the practical experience of"visit-benefit-unite"work of going deep into a village in a county in southern Xinjiang,the author of this paper proposes to focus on the grass-roots level,lay the foundation,stress Party building and promote rural revitalization and explores a practical path of grasping Party building and promoting rural revitalization with the characteristics of the grass-roots level in southern Xinjiang,which can be used for reference.
