摘要
以氢氧化锂、氢氧化钾和二氧化钛为原料,采用固相法和熔盐法,在不同温度条件下合成开放性的层状化合物钛酸锂钾(K_(0.8)Ti_(1.73)Li_(0.27)O_(4),简写KTLO)。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(SEM)、拉曼光谱等表征方法对比研究了KTLO的微观性质结构,讨论了反应条件对KTLO合成的影响。结果表明,熔盐法合成的KTLO(相对于固相法合成的KTLO),具有形貌可控的优点,且衍射强度相对强;熔盐法900℃下可制备出板状形貌良好且结晶度高的KTLO;FE-SEM也表明,KTLO样品片状颗粒增多,且板状形貌更加完整。
In this experiment,open layered compound lithium titanate(K_(0.8)Ti_(1.73)Li_(0.27)O_(4)(short for KTLO)is synthesized by using lithium hydroxide,potassium hydroxide and titanium dioxide as raw materials,via solid phase method and molten salt method under different temperature conditions.X-ray diffraction(XRD),Field-emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Raman spectroscopy and other characterization methods were used to study and explore the microstructure of KTLO,the effect of reaction condition on the synthesis of KTLO was discussed..The result shows that the KTLO prepared by molten salt method has the advantage of controllable morphology compared with the KTLO synthesized by solid phase method,and the diffraction peak has stronger diffraction intensity.The microstructure of the surface observed by SEMindicates that the lamellar particles of the KTLO sample increase and the lamellar morphology is more complete.Based on this,it can be concluded that KTLO with good plate morphology and high crystallinity can be prepared by molten salt method at 900℃.
